In 2023, Aavla started as a tiny kitchen project in Jaipur. We worked with family elders and organic agricultural scientists to turn bitter raw amla into soft, sour, and sweet candies without stripping its nutritional profiles.
Today, we source from over 50 hectares of certified organic orchards, partnering directly with local farmers. Our processes ensure that from the moment Amla is hand-plucked until it reaches your doorstep, it stays close to the soil and pure in spirit.
